Alfredo Jacomino

As the Partner-in-charge of the Tax Department, Mr. Jacomino has extensive tax and accounting experience having worked at the Firm at various levels since 1994, including experience in: international tax; estate and trust planning; tax planning for businesses; mergers and acquisitions; tax preparation; and business valuations (for estate and gift tax purposes).

This experience has been gained in a variety of industries, including real estate, construction, manufacturing, import-export, retail, distribution, non-profit, and professional services fields. Mr. Jacomino has also successfully represented a number of clients in tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.

Mr. Jacomino is responsible for reviewing all tax returns prepared by the Tax Department, researching tax issues for the Firm, and tax consulting. In addition, Mr. Jacomino is in charge of the Firm’s technology resources.
