Richie C. Tandoc

Richie C. Tandoc is a partner at the public accounting firm of PAAST, P.L.  He has over 31 years of experience providing accounting, auditing and consulting experience, having worked in the accounting and auditing industry at various levels since 1993, including experience in: financial statement audits, reviews and compilations; business process / internal control analysis; federal program and state project audits (i.e. Single Audits); forensic accounting and audits; and operational and efficiency audits.

Richie specializes in providing services specifically to: non-profit organizations, including charitable, religious and educational organizations and foundations, community social welfare organizations, and business leagues; and governmental organizations, including state and local governments, special districts, and special-purpose governmental organizations.  He also specializes in performing Federal and State Single Audits for non-profit and governmental organizations in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, OMB Uniform Guidance and Chapter, 10.650, Rules of the Auditor General, respectively.

Richie stays current with topics relating to accounting and auditing, and more specifically, in the non-profit and government industries, by frequently attending local, state and national training seminars and conferences provided by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants; Government Finance Officers Association; and Florida Government Finance Officers Association.

Prior to joining PAAST, P.L., Richie was a Partner with SKJ&T, LLP for 21 years, and prior to that, he was a Senior Manager with KPMG for 8 years.  During his time at KPMG, Richie completed a 2-year audit rotation in KPMG’s London, England office.
